Our Story
In 2000, Eddie Meyer started Tsheleka Finance to offer a low interest microloan solution to people with limited financial support options.
Over the last 20+ years, Tsheleka has always aimed to offer innovative solutions and, given the stigma of the microlending industry, drive these solutions with integrity and strong values.

In 2021, Tsheleka moved from only offering loans in brick-and-mortar locations to providing an online loan facility that offers small loan solutions to people who need them, nationwide.

Tsheleka's latest innovation: Tsheleka Credit, was also born in 2021. This new and exciting department aims to bring employee financial wellness to any business owner’s doorstep.
In 2024, Tsheleka Credit renamed itself Astrofin Loan Specialists
